WORKING AT ADSOLUTION · TIRANA · IN OFFICE

Working at Adsolution.

An honest look at what a week at Adsolution feels like. No corporate fluff, no soft-launches of bad news. Direct, in-person, in Tirana.

The office is the center of gravity. The work shows up where the people show up.

A normal week.

Monday to Thursday.

09:00 to 18:00, in the office at Lake View Residence. Coffee is on by 09:00. The team eats lunch together most days. Daily numbers are checked, daily decisions get made, and the buyers, account managers, and operators sit in the same room.

No standups for the sake of standups. The work surfaces what needs to be talked about.

Friday.

Same hours, lighter end of the day. We finish early to run our Friday after-hours: food, drinks, the people behind the numbers, off the clock. Every week.

If you want a job with one foot out the door by Friday afternoon, this is not it. The after-hours is the point it is what binds the team.

The truth about remote.

The work is in-person, in-office, five days a week. The Adsolution office is the work. If that is a deal-breaker for you, this is the wrong place. If sitting next to operators every day sounds like how you want to learn the craft, keep reading.

What the office actually is.

  • Lake View Residence, Godina D, Kati 9, Hyrja 3, Rr. Kristo Luarasi, Tirana 1001. Top of a residential tower with a lake view on one side and the city on the other.
  • Workstations next to each other. Media buyers sit next to account managers sit next to ops. The work moves when the people are within arm’s reach.
  • A real kitchen, real coffee. Espresso machine, fridge stocked, lunch happens together most days.
  • One meeting room, used sparingly. Most decisions get made at the desk.

What we look like as a team.

International. Italian, Spanish, German, Albanian, English speakers. Mostly between 30 and 35, a few younger, a few older. People who left larger agencies because the politics ate the work. People who left smaller shops because they wanted serious infrastructure to operate on.

The team is operator-led, which means the people running the work make the decisions about the work. Not a layer of account managers reporting to senior account managers reporting to directors.

You will not be the smartest person in the room on day one, and that is the point. Senior media buyers, ad account specialists, COD operators, and creatives are accessible across the desk.

What we hire for and what we promote on: telling the truth fast, owning the problem, sharing what you learn, and shipping what works.

What you get.

  • Real money for real work. Salaries are competitive for Tirana and above-average for the region. Reviewed at six months and annually after that.
  • The Friday after-hours. Food, drinks, music, every week. Not a perk we use to sell the job. A part of how the team actually works.
  • Coffee, lunches, the room. The basics done right. Espresso, real lunches, a workspace that does not feel like a coworking lobby.
  • Access to operators. The senior people sit at the same desks. If you have a question about a campaign, you ask. If you have an idea, you test.
  • Career growth that is real. See Grow with us for what the path looks like.

What you give up.

  • Remote work. The Adsolution office is in Tirana, and that is where the work happens.
  • A shortened workweek. We work five days, in the office. Friday after-hours is the close, not a day off.
  • Hiding inside a process. If you want a job where the process protects you from owning the outcome, this is the wrong place.
  • A fancy title without the work. Titles follow performance, not the other way around.
If a process sounds heavier than the work, we will not build it.

If this sounds like your kind of office.
