How we hire.
Three steps to a yes or no. One operator interview, one founder interview, an offer within 48 hours of the second. Most roles close within two weeks of first contact. We tell you where you stand at every step.
The office.
The Adsolution office is at Lake View Residence in Tirana. Same room every day, coffee in the mornings, lunches together, Friday after-hours. International team across Italian, Spanish, German, Albanian, and English speakers, mostly aged 30 to 35.
Languages.
English required. Italian, Spanish, German, Albanian all welcome and useful. We work across seven European markets, so language depth is rewarded.
